Lights looks awesome but this app is terrible with its connection

Very VERY unreliable with the Bluetooth connection, app needs work and customer service needs to become more relevant, the whole site is in a different language when going to the “support page”. I don’t mind it being another language I just would like the option to see it in the language I speak and all the consumers of this product speak
