Sometimes the app recognizes the lights via Bluetooth, but usually they don’t. I never know when I’m going to be able to turn them on. Please update this app to work like it should. When everything does work properly, they look great.

Spent all this time wiring the lights and the Bluetooth doesn’t connect please help

Recently bought a product that requires the BLEDIM app and I keep getting connection failed. Was just curious on when the problem would be fixed so that I could try my product and the app. I look forward to using the app once the problem is resolved thanks.

i was happy with this lights but all the sudden the app is not working the bluetooth cant find the lights please fix this problem

I installed the LED system on my bike and everything worked and looked great the app connected great and now two weeks later the Bluetooth won’t connect. Please fix

Frequent issues with the app connecting to the controller. When it is working, it’s great though. From other reviews it seems this only happens if the lights have been on for a bit and/or the controller is warm or hot. Please fix!!!

Lights looks awesome but this app is terrible with its connection Very VERY unreliable with the Bluetooth connection, app needs work and customer service needs to become more relevant, the whole site is in a different language when going to the “support page”. I don’t mind it being another language I just would like the option to see it in the language I speak and all the consumers of this product speak

The Bluetooth lost its signal once lights were on preventing me from turning them off. I had to disconnect the wiring to the battery to get the lights off ???????

Make it to where you can sink music and the lights come on and off depending on the beat. I ride 4wheeler with a group of people and this is what I need. Thanks

Lights looks awesome but this app is terrible with its connection, worked great at the start now I can’t connect the Bluetooth anymore so it’s useless. Please fix this app..

Bought 4 sets of the 8 pack rock lights wish you could use them all at same time but you have to switch back and forth and you’ll never get the flashing lights to work the same

Please fix being able to play music on the iPhone it’s so sped up and it’s a feauture I would really love to use other then that the app is great

The lights are really cool and I like them but, I cannot turn them off, they get turned on accidentally and there is nothing that lets me know they are on! Not cool, not happy!

First try I was able to change colors. Then tried custom mode and this thing won’t stop blinking! Tried everything, even disconnected it to see if it would reset. Nothing.. going to send it back and buy the expensive brand as this is not a good product... spent 3 hours getting it wired and ran perfect..

App works great except music player if screwed up and plays music at too high of pitch and too fast!! Need to fix that part of app!!!

When I connected the first time it worked perfectly. As soon as I went to start the car after the connection failed. Need update IOS iPhone 7 Plus. Please!!

Need to fix music player. Everything else works amazing. I’m extremely upset the music doesn’t work. If anyone knows the solution please let me know.
